Dr. Vivek Murthy, Surgeon General of the United States has teamed up with Calm to release a series of free mindfulness tools designed to reduce stress and strengthen our relationships. The series includes five sessions to support people going through real-life experiences and difficult emotions. Themes include easing holiday stress, combating loneliness, navigating hectic days, and dealing with negativity and uncertainty.
