During the pandemic, Jon collaborated with MasterClass to produce a twenty part course on Mindfulness and Meditation.
It includes a range of background materials about the work of MBSR and its value in medicine, health care, and society, as well as a series of guided meditations and specific teachings. The course consists of twenty video lessons totaling six hours and thirty minutes.
